How should you send your email newsletters?
METHOD 1: Your CRM - To send Fast Newsletters through your CRM, you'll need to grab the HTML code of the newsletter and paste it into your CRM's email window. (We provide tutorials for most major CRMs.) Either use our Direct-Copy Form to generate the newsletter code instantly -- or edit the newsletter first in Mailchimp's drag and drop visual editor (see below).
METHOD 2: MAILCHIMP - To customize any email newsletters, you need a visual editor. Mailchimp's drag and drop visual editor is free to use, no matter how many contacts you have in your Mailchimp account. You can personalize your newsletter with local real estate info, listings, testimonials, etc.
Then you can copy the HTML to use in your CRM (see Method 1 above), or you can send the newsletter to the contacts you've loaded into Mailchimp. If you have fewer than 500 contacts, it's free to send. If you have more than 500 contacts, you'll need a paid plan with Mailchimp. If you do not have a CRM (or don't want to purchase one), you may find Mailchimp plans to be a cost-efficient choice for mass emailing.
Here's how to copy the HTML of your Mailchimp newsletter.
*Mailchimp is a separate entity from Fast Newsletters. Mailchimp is free for up to 500 contacts stored in their system. If you exceed 500 contacts, you'll either need to upgrade to a paid plan, or start using a different system, such as a CRM. Some agents use both.
