Do you need a Mailchimp account?

YES - If you plan to customize the newsletters, then you will need a FREE or PAID Mailchimp account. You can also use Mailchimp to safely send your newsletters, or export them into another CRM.

NO - Two conditions must be met to bypass Mailchimp entirely: 1) If you have your own CRM, and 2) you don't plan to customize the newsletters. We have an option to import directly into your CRM. This limits the kind of customization you can do, but it's fast!

You can use FRONT PORCH NEWS or choose your own. Limit 20 characters, including spaces. Examples: Bob’s Home News / PHOENIX Home Update / GARY'S GAZETTE.
What slogan/message would you like to use?*
This is a general slogan, such as "I'm selling San Diego by the yard!" Or "Call me for real estate help. I'll be your one-stop-shop." Limit 58 characters, including spaces.
Personal Business Picture*
Images must be over 400px wide. Two people can be in the image, if your heads are close together.

Brand Logo*

Contact Information
Enter your information exactly as you'd like it to appear in your newsletter. If you want to use "Broker" or "GRI" or other addition, add it to your last name, as in Johnson, GRI. Limit 48 characters, including spaces, total for first and last name.
If you are required to use your License on marketing materials, add it to the end of your LAST NAME field. Examples: Smith, BRE#235696 or Smith, REALTOR, BRE#23066233.

This should go to your web page with a real estate search function (IDX). It will be attached to a "Search for Homes" button.
ABOUT Page URL*
This should go to your best business profile. It can be on Zillow, Realtor.com, your website, Facebook, etc. Provide the complete URL.
Address*
This address appears at the bottom of your email, as required by SPAM laws. Best practice is to not use your home address. Use your company's address or a PO box.
