Fill in the information on this form EXACTLY as you’d like it to appear inside the newsletter. The form will not make corrections for you! — Each time you use this form, you must add your IMAGE AND LOGO (at the bottom), because the system does not retain your image files.
Include professional titles or agent designations. Also your license # if required. Example: Smith, GRI, BRE#34356
Your newsletter title, such as Front Porch News, or Bob’s Home News, or Talmadge Times.
Linked to a SEARCH HOMES button on your newsletter, so be sure there’s a search window on that page.
Enter a URL for your “About Me” page. This can be a page on your website, or a profile that appears on Zillow, Facebook, etc. Use the complete URL.
Use the email address your clients will see in their inbox. This is your “reply to” email address.
Use your actual brokerage name, not a team name. This appears as “company name” in your header.

You must upload the following two images each time you use this form, so please store your images in a handy location on your computer. REQUIREMENTS: Use an image of high enough quality to look sharp (minimum 200px wide). Crop the image so that you don’t have a lot of excess space around your image.
